This sauce is TO.DIE.FOR. Drizzle on cakes (it is especially good paired with flourless chocolate cake), ice cream, pancakes, waffles, or anything you want to be delicieux! Bonus points for it being so unbelievably easy.
To make la sauce aux framboises, simply purée one package of raspberries and a few pinches of sugar in a food processor. Press the sauce through a fine sieve into a bowl and voila! Keep in the fridge for about a week in an airtight container. Voilà! Enjoy.
