Honey Butter

Why waste a perfectly warm biscuit on plain old beurre? Or a bagel for that matter? Or anything containing gluten? Make your breads taste magnifique with the simple addition of homemade honey butter.

Beurre: butter

Magnifique: magnificient



1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temp

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

pinch of slat

dash of vanilla extract


Beat butter in a stand mixer for two minutes until light and fluffy. Scrape the butter down and add the rest of the ingredients. Beat another two minutes. And voilà! You have delicious honey butter just waiting to raise your breakfast game a notch. Wrap tightly and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
